OFFICIAL RULES:
— This offer cannot be combined with any other offer provided by ELITE Remodels.
— Only one winner for each prize will be rewarded.
— You may only enter once per household.
— Only homeowners that live in the Santa Barbara, Carpinteria, or the Santa Ynez areas are eligible.
— Rental properties, prefabricated homes, trailers, or mobile units are not eligible.
— You may only enter for either to win $25,000 in Kitchen Cabinets or $10,000 towards a bathroom remodel.
— Prizes can only be claimed upon a signed contract.
— The $25,000 cannot be claimed in cash, only as a credit towards the cost of cabinetry. The $10,000 cannot be claimed as cash, only as a credit towards cost of materials.
— You must be able to provide the funds to cover the entire kitchen cabinet order and other materials, design fees, and construction costs in the agreed upon contract.
— Winners will need to begin their renovation project by February 5th, 2026.
— Prizes are rewarded only in agreement of a home consultation and agree upon the consultation fee of $375. (which will be credited to design costs)
— Home consultation must take place 3 weeks from the time the winners are announced.
—Winners must agree to have ELITE Remodels be the only design and construction company employed for the renovation of the prizes received.
— Entry Pool Creation: All eligible entries will be compiled into a single pool for random selection. Entries will be printed and placed into a transparent container for a physical draw. The winner will be selected by an independent person who is not an employee, contractor, partner, or immediate family member of ELITE Remodels. The drawing may be conducted publicly, either during a live community event or recorded on video for public release on ELITE Remodels’ official web or social media pages.
