Jerry Jaimes
owner / general contractor

For Jerry Jaimes, craftsmanship is the beginning with customer care and quality of work being the real metric. As founder and general contractor of ELITE Remodels in Santa Barbara, he’s built a company defined by precision, professionalism, and a genuine dedication to people’s homes and lives.

What began nearly 20 years ago as a small home-repair business has grown into a full-service design-and-build firm with an in-house team of 20 experts, including certified designers, licensed tradespeople, and project managers. Together, they deliver what Jerry calls a “concierge approach to remodeling”—handling every detail from design and materials to construction and cleanup, all under one roof.

Inside ELITE’s Santa Barbara showroom, clients can explore cabinetry lines, stone, tile, fixtures, and finishes while designers create 3D renderings that bring visions to life. Whether it’s a quick kitchen facelift—new doors, countertops, lighting, or paint—or a full home transformation, Jerry and his team make the process seamless, on time, and on budget. “We don’t stop until our clients are 100% satisfied,” he says. “That’s why we’re still here, still growing, and still raising our standards.”

Grace Gambetta
designer

A fifth generation Santa Barbara native, Grace’s father was in the building industry giving her a unique opportunity to witness many homes being constructed from the ground up. Describes Grace, “My dad would bring my siblings and me to his construction sites to see the progress. We were exposed not only to the design details but the actual work that went into building a new home.” Her early exposure to construction not only sparked her interest in architecture and construction but also provided her with invaluable hands-on experience that shaped her career path.

“Growing up in Santa Barbara, I've always appreciated our vibrant community, stunning architecture, and natural beauty.” Adds Grace, “I love helping others express their personality and creativity through their homes, and that makes my job so exciting!”

Andrea Fonseca
designer

Originally from Brazil, Andrea’s design background is enriched by her experience as an architect and as a fine artist. Her love of reimagining home interiors led her to focus her talents with the ELITE team 5 years ago.

During the design process, Andrea observes people using their existing spaces to see where functional improvements are needed. Says Andrea, “There’s nothing worse than having a beautiful space where functionality isn’t optimized for the person using it. I never rush the process; I focus on getting things right!”

Andrea helps clients clearly identify their preferences and build their confidence in making choices. Adds Andrea, “I am proud to work with a team that literally has a 100% satisfaction rating. We work together to solve design challenges and to deliver our clients the results they desire — and always within budget!”

Jane Henderson
designer

With her rich history of world travel, cultural experiences, art, architecture, design and decor studies, Jane brings her broad aesthetic insights and passion to the field of home remodeling. She has specialized in custom cabinet design, designing for a broad scope of high-end to budget-conscious projects. Jane also spent nearly 20 years in the custom wood flooring industry collaborating with clients worldwide and catering to esteemed architects and design firms. One of her more well-known commercial projects is the Los Angeles County Museum of Art Resnick Pavilion, where she collaborated with Gensler, a global architecture, design, and planning firm, and Italian architect Renzo Piano.

Jane enjoys all aspects of home design, especially helping clients achieve their remodeling dreams and goals. Says Jane, “Each project is as unique as each of my clients, and I love helping ensure every remodel is leading edge, while also being functional and aesthetically pleasing.”
