ELITE Remodels Gives Back with a Santa Barbara Toy Drive

ELITE Remodels partnered with The Turner Foundation and The Housing Authority of the City of Santa Barbara (HASB) to bring over 210 toys to low-income children in need.

Our first stop was in collaboration with the Turner Foundation, heading to their Village location to distribute our first round of toys. We played Christmas music as Santa gave out toys and took photos to anyone who went to the parking lot. We gave out around 40 toys to this location.

The team then drove to HASB's community room located at Presidio Springs on Laguna Street. HASB advertised the drive to all their residents and made sure to help us bring tons of joy to their community room. We gave out toys, kids met and got pictures with Santa, and HASB gave out free hot chocolate. The children were able walk around and play with the toys and eventually pick their favorite one to take home. We distributed around 170 toys at this location and it was a pleasure to see all of the smiling faces.
